FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does a quotation take?

For standard routes, we issue the quotation on the next business day at no charge. Routes to remote locations require additional time, as access conditions must be assessed first.

Do you handle single-unit shipments?

Yes. Alongside large-scale project cargo, we handle individual shipments — particularly urgent replacement equipment.

Can goods be stored at a DMM warehouse first?

Certainly. Many clients store material in our warehouses and release it in stages as operations require. The 7,440 m² Central Warehouse Jakarta serves as the main consolidation point.

Are warehouses available outside Java?

Yes. We operate 18 active warehouses across 17 provinces, from Lampung to Jayapura. Stock at every branch is recorded in WIM, our inter-branch inventory system.

Can cargo be insured?

Yes. Cargo insurance is available for inland transportation shipments. State your insurance requirement on the form so it is included in the quotation.

How is shipment tracking handled?

Through the FSL tracking portal. Your team can check stage-by-stage status, movement history, and proof of delivery without contacting us.
